I got this as a birthday gift for my sister, and she ended up really liking it. The photo turned out nice, which was such a relief because you never totally know how these things will look, right? The only downside was that delivery took a little longer than I expected, but overall it was a really nice gift idea.

I was trying to put together a book with photos I’ve got saved in a few different places, but Onceupon didn’t really work smoothly with all of them. A couple imports went fine, but others were missing or were just a pain to get in there. I ended up having to download photos first and then upload them again, which sort of defeats the whole point for me. The app itself looks nice, but the import options were definetly a let down.

My photo book showed up with a small printing issue on a few pages, so I reached out to customer service, even though I don’t have a ton of faith in those situations. I figured I’d get bounced around or asked to prove the obvious, but they got back to me quickly and just asked for a couple photos.

To my surprise, they offered to remake it right away and I didn’t have to argue, follow up five times, or deal with a bunch of scripted replies. The replacement arrived and looked much better. I’m still usually skeptical of customer service, but this was handled way easier than I expected.

I’ve been putting together a photo book on Once Upon App over a few nights, i’ve felt good about it so far. It’s saved my changes each time, which is a big thing for me. I did have that awful moment where I closed the tab and thought everything might be gone, but thankfully it was all still there. I’m giving 4 stars because the syncing felt a little slow here and there, but overall it’s been fine in a way that made me feel relieved.

It feels thick and well-made, which I really appreciate. Overall, it has a sturdy, solid feel to it, definitely not flimsy or cheap

Sorting the photos by date worked well for me. They lined up mostly in the right order, which made checking through the book a lot easier and saved me some time

I really like the idea behind Once Upon, and I wanted it to be an easy way to work from both my phone and laptop. But the sync has been frustrating. They make it sound like everything just magically stays up to date, but in reality my changes don’t always show up right away, and I’m left guessing which version is actually the latest.
I’ve already had to redo a few photo edits because the sync seemed to get stuck somewhere. Maybe other people have better luck with it, but for me it feels clunky, especially when the promises are so vague and there’s no clear sense of what’s happening in the background

I mean, the payment went through without any issues, so that part was okay. The checkout just felt a bit slow, like I was waiting longer than I expected, but overall it worked fine

I’ve had my photo book for a few months now, and I’m really impressed with how well the binding has held up. My kids are constantly flipping through it, and none of the pages have come loose at all. It still feels nice and sturdy, so I’m confident it’s going to last a long time!

The quality is really nice and it feels well made. I just wish the colors were a bit brighter, I expected them to be more like... well, just a little more vibrant in person...

The box showed up all crushed, and the photos inside were bent little bit. Not the best first impression.

I found it easy to choose the photo book size I wanted. The options are solid, and I’m happy with what I picked, though I wouldn’t mind seeing a few more sizes available.

I just finished making a photo book with onceupon.photo, so it’s still fresh in my mind, and I had a good experience. The layouts looked clean right away, and it was easy to move things around without spending ages on it. I had something that looked nice quickly, which I really appreciated. My only small complaint is that I wish there were a few more options for tweaking things like spacing and where text goes. But since the finished book turned out really nice, that’s mostly what I’m remembering now. Overall, I’d use it again.

The delivery was super quick. I ordered it and kind of forgot about it while making coffee, then it felt like it was already at my door. Really happy with how fast everything arrived.

I had years of random phone photos sitting around, and it was starting to stress me out. Every time I mentioned wanting to organize them, people kind of brushed it off like it wasn’t a big deal, but it really did feel overwhelming to me.

onceupon.photo actually made it feel manageable. I liked that it wasn’t overly complicated, and I could sort things by trips, family moments, and all the random everyday photos without having to think too hard about it.

It still took a little time, but nowhere near as much as if I’d tried to do everything myself. I’m happy with it so far, and it was nice to finally feel like the mess was something I could handle...

I had a really good experience with onceupon.photo. Tracking my order was super easy to follow, and I always knew where my photo book was and what was happening with it. The updates came at the right times, not too many, not too few, which I appreciated. It made the waiting feel a lot less annoying, honestly. It showed up when they said it would, so yeah, no complaints from me.

Onceupon.photo was better than I expected, which immediately made me suspicious in the way everything does these days. I looked at a few other photo book sites and the prices were all over the place, like there’s some secret photo book pricing committee deciding who gets charged what. But this one felt fair. It was also easy to put together without losing my whole evening to tiny layout decisions, which I appreciated. The quality wasn’t absolutely flawless, but for what I paid, I was happy with it. Kind of feels like one of those rare times where the algorithm didn’t completely betray me. I’d use it again...

I uploaded a bunch of photos from my phone and, as far as I could tell, everything went through without freezing or disappearing. Even the bigger files seemed to upload just fine. i was expecting it to be way more annoying, but it ended up being painless

I used onceupon.photo for a family album, and like i said, the sharing side of it was mostly fine. Inviting family members was easy, but when other people tried adding photos or leaving comments, it felt a little clunky at times. Like i said, it’s not bad at all, especially if you just want to share something simple, but I was expecting the collaboration part to feel a bit more seamless...

The app is fine overall and does what I need, but uploading photos can get slow sometimes. A couple of times it froze completely and I had to close it and reopen it, which was annoying. It’s not a dealbreaker, but if I’m paying for it, I’d really expect it to run a little smoother
